Resampling Geometries
Copies the intersected values of the selected object(s) into the geometry, or shape, of another object to create a new dataset. This can be necessary if you need to extract statistics from an ROI or multi-ROI, such as the minimum, maximum, or mean values of corresponding image data, or intend to compute other measures that require consistent shapes. You can also resample the geometry of an object whenever you need to maintain a consistent shape for a training dataset, which can include multiple images and multi-ROIs.
How to Resample Geometry
- Right-click the image, region of interest, or multi-ROI that you need to resample in the Data Properties and Settings panel and then choose Resample Geometry in the pop-up menu.
- Enter a new name for the sampled object in the Choose Name and Geometry dialog.
- Choose the object with the required geometry in the Geometry drop-down menu.

- Click OK.
The intersected values are copied into the new shape and the resulting new object appears in the Data Properties and Settings panel.
